This may not go over well but I am posting anyway. I suck as a writer so I may not be expressing my point as clear as I would like to but whatevs here goes

Can we have a little chat? I have seen a lot of talk about twitter/instagram followers and how we are associating that with value and appreciation.

There are a lot of reasons that there is a flux in the amount of followers that each member has.  

People have personal perferences and they shouldn’t be shamed for having them.  

* I don’t follow Avi on youtube because I am not really a big fan of folk music and the guitar.

* I don’t follow Kirstie on snapchat because honestly I don’t really want to see that many pics of Olaf. I mean he is super cute and all but I don’t really want to see 50 snaps of a dog.

* I don’t follow Scott, Kevin, or Sup3rfruit on FB because they literally post the same thing on there 2 seconds after they post it on twitter so there really isn’t a point for me to do so.

*I tend to tune Mitch out when he does his song of the week on SF because

1. I usually have no idea what the hell he is talking about

2. I generally don’t like the kind of music he likes

Does that mean that I don’t love them? Does that mean that I don’t appreciate and  value each and every member of PTX?

I am tired of feeling like I am less of a fan and that I am not being supportive of them because I don’t follow every aspect of their lives on every social media platform.

Why do we keep acting like that it has to be all or nothing?
